Silvastone presents… Transitions Live

On 10th April, hotly tipped artist/producer Silvastone will bring his highly acclaimed multi-genre Transitions EP to the stage with a live show at The Forge in Camden, London.

The evening will showcase Silvastone’s music alongside a live band, a host of collaborators, DJs and some very special unannounced surprise guests. Expect an exciting night of live UK afrobeats creatively mixed with hip hop, R&B, dancehall, reggae and UK garage, starring some of the hottest UK talent.

Recently included on BBC Radio 1Xtra’s definitive “Hot For 2015” list, Silvastone is certainly out to prove that he is indeed amongst the hot emerging names on the scene to watch out for this year. Merely three months into 2015, he has already undertaken a 6-date UK city tour, performed to thousands at the SSE/Wembley Arena supporting P-Square and others in what is likely to be the biggest African concert scheduled in the UK this year, he has become verified on Twitter, featured the biggest female Afropop artist from Africa on his current single, and, been playlisted on national radio. With several summer festival bookings already secured in addition to all the major UK afrobeats events, Silvastone is looking forward to showcasing his talents to audiences old and new in the coming months.

TransitionsLIVE will include confirmed features from UK afrobeats sensations Moelogo, Vicky Sola, Tyroon Da Prince plus Vibe Squad; UK hiphop pioneer Blak Twang, Kenya’s Habida, frequent collaborator Young O and protégé The Mayor. The surprise guests are equally as exciting and include some very notable names.

Looking ahead to TransitionsLIVE, Silvastone said: “I’m really excited to be showcasing the EP in its live format. I’ve lined up 10 musicians and some of my talented friends joining me on stage. We are gonna have a lot of fun doing something very unique. I’d describe the show as a live stage remix of the Transitions EP”
